Guac Shop Mexican Grill

Stopped for dinner as wifey loves tacos, we’ve never been, and it was nearby. Overall, I was reminded of other burrito/taco chains that serve food in a similar style. Ordered three hard shell tacos - chicken, barbacao, and steak. Of the 3 the chicken tasted the best. The other 2 were a little too salty. Also ordered chips and guacamole and they were pretty good. Nothing special about the inside. It’s mainly bar style seating with high chairs and high tables along the wall. The person who made our food was very friendly when we walked in. Asked if we had any questions as we looked over the menu. Overall not bad. I would be interested in trying the other protein options to see how they are.

The vegetarian salad so good. I really enjoyed it a lot. Everything was fresh and tasted well seasoned . Luke was so nice and welcoming he made my salad just how I like it. Thanks so much for the chips and guac Ali

The food here is very good and flavorful, everything is fresh and ready so you can get in and out if you're on your lunch break. My only complaint is I don't feel full on one scoop of meat, but I also don't want to pay $20 on lunch after adding the guac with 2 scoops of meat. On a side note I ordered online once, I got the surf and turf performance bowl and I added a scoop of chicken. So I should have had shrimp, steak and chicken in the bowl, I only received chicken. I emailed them back from the order email they sent me and they made it right, got refunded and they gifted me $10 gift card. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would like to take the time to thank your incredible staff at the Union Tpke location. They are so professional, well mannered, kind and prepare my tacos with love! I work at a 5 Star property and we always order from you all, it’s our favorite! I have a gluten allergy and love your food because I know it’s fresh and delicious! Thank you to your team and I can assure you I always recommend you to all! You all consistently demonstrate great service and incredible food! Edited: Shannon from Guac Shop reached out almost immediately after posting the review to rectify the situation. I appreciate Luke and Shannon for their speedy response. I’ve been coming to this store since opening even though I live on the same block as another similar restaurant. I probably won’t be ordering delivery again but will continue to order for pick up/take out. I ordered on their website on Friday at 10:40am for delivery. The delivery time said 12:10pm, which makes no sense since the store is 10 minute drive away and it does not take hours to make burrito bowls.. I called and inquired. I was told that the food pick up time is 11am so I should be getting my order 11:30am latest. I was told that sometimes there is a glitch in their system that shows wrong delivery time to custom
