Guac Time Mexican Grill

We found and tried a halal Mexican restaurant for the first time. It was good. Our food arrived quickly and hot. The staff were attentive. The price-to-performance ratio was average. Parking is street parking. The only downside is that your clothes may smell like food. Overall, we were happy as a family. Thank you.

I heard a lot about this place but was very disappointed to go today. The sauce options were half out and the ones available the chimichurri and picante taste so bitter. The steak look not write at all. There were no flavors or consistency between the dishes. The barbocoa just tasted like beef no flavor or seasoning. The honey chipotle chicken was the only decent item. The toppings were all so bland and limited options. For the price i was expecting way more.

I went here the other day and the food was good. The prices are alright as well and it’s generally clean. There was a tall man who kept acting frustrated because one of the workers skimped out on his crunch wrap. He seemed very odd and interesting I hope he gets some help.

Closest I can compare this place to is chipotle however it’s way more tasty and so many options to choose from. My first time here with my boyfriend and we instantly said we’re coming back after we tasted our first bite. They are open until 3am according to the hours on google, I can already tell this is the spot to go to after a long night at the bars for food. 10/10 highly recommend!

Guac Time is an absolute gem! Located in the heart of New Brunswick right next to Knight Club. Forget about Chipotle because this place blows them out of the water! The food is always super fresh, the portions are massive, and there are so many great options to choose from. The honey chipotle chicken is a flavor explosion! Some of the best chicken I’ve ever had! My wife and I visit this Halal friendly spot at least once a week and it always hits the spot! From bowls, tacos, quesadillas and even crunchwraps, the food here is always amazing! The owners Sultan and Usman are one of the nicest, most friendliest people and always treat their customers with the upmost respect. Thank you Guac Time for always filling our bellies and our hearts!
