Guacamole's Mexican Grill & Cantina

Great first time eating here ! Waitress was great ! Portions were large and everything tasted great. Chips tasted great and Chip sauce wasn’t too hot for kids or my mom. Has a great bar . And booths are large . I think they have live music sometimes. Hope it’s not too loud . A back patio for music nights would be great!

I want to be really honest with you all. This place is not what you're looking for. We pulled in and immediately noticed there was not a single car in the parking lot. That should've already been a red flag as it was dinner time and no one's here. I ordered the Mexican nachos with chicken and beef and the chicken was so woody and bouncy I did not even want to eat the rest of the meal. The beef did have fatty pieces in but was manageable. One person in my party had the shrimp quesadilla which I could smell and seafood is not supposed to have a strong smell to it. Another person in my party had a taco bowl and the shredded chicken was swimming in its own broth, like it wasn't drained prior to topping the meal. Over all, I wouldn't come here again. Today was our first time trying Guacamole’s the hostess was not very friendly we asked for a booth and she tried to seat us a table that that was half booth half table and we picked out the booth we preferred. Next our waiter came took our order my mom had questions about the menu he seemed bothered. Our food came out delicious and we enjoyed the food. We came around 130p-2p after church there was no longer a “rush” but our waiter never came back to check on us or offer us refills not even to top off our waters. When it was time for the check we had to ask for our ticket we said our waiter was no where to be found and the manager apologized that he was probably on break. The fish tacos were excellent, with the adding of pineapple. The rice and beans had a nice flavor. Service was fast and comfortable seating. The only negative was the background music being too loud, making it difficult to hear conversations.

Very good food. Our server was great her name was Sadie. It was her 2nd day working on a rush. She was so nervous but did a great job. Her personality was perfect. She dropped a plate of food and some water but never gave up.
