Guadalajara Mexican grill

Let me tell you something. I could have sucked on a cinnamon stick and had more flavor then any food we ordered here. Nothing was seasoned. I ordered the Burrito Supreme. The only supreme thing about it was how supremely disappointing it was. On the menu it said "filled with your favorite fillings". Nope. It was just this soggy cheap walmart tortilla filled with this tasteless pulled chicken which they surrounded it with the "fillings" on the plate. Nothing tasted good. I also ordered chicken and the server wrote down beef. I know I said chicken and my wife agreed I said it. A beef "burrito" came out and I said I ordered the chicken. The server flipped back in his notepad and showed me "beef". I had to then correct him again after him insisting I said beef. Places like just reinforce the

The overall food taste was average. The appetizers were not very flavorful, and the entrées were below average. The only standout dish was the Shrimp Fajitas, which we enjoyed. The Chicken Nachos were served cold, and we had to ask for them to be reheated. Margaritas were better than the food. Service was decent, though not excellent.

The service was great but the food was just so-so. Refried beans were bland, rice was good. The salsa was very sweet and it was just okay. I got a Mango Margarita and it was way too sweet too. Most likely won't go back because the food isn't that good.

What a great Mexican restaurant. Good was fantastic and the staff is very friendly. Our server Daniel was very accommodating and very nice. Plates were big portions, fajitas Texanas were outstanding. Their salsa was delicious! Oh and the Mango margarita was really good!
