5/30/24— One this last day of May , I decided to have lunch by myself at a cozy restaurant I stumbled upon. I had been searching for a different place but only realized my mistake after I had already ordered. As I looked around, I noticed the vibrant colors and charming little bus decorations scattered everywhere. They brought back memories of when this place was a Peruvian restaurant. The layout hadn’t changed much. It was around 1 pm, and the restaurant wasn't too busy. The music played at a pleasant volume, just enough to create a comfortable ambiance. I chose to try the chuleta encebollada, and as I waited, I observed hints of Costa Rican cuisine on the menu, which intrigued me. Their breakfast menu varies and it has many options . I shall try breakfast here one day . When my meal ar

Have been here so many times this year that i get too excited to eat that i forget to capture pictures. We usually have the churrascos or the encebollados. The horchata is really good, fresh tortillas. There's parking around the corner. Waitress are friendly and food does not take long, even when we show up with a party of 10.

Their “Parrillada” (a type of meat sampler) was DELICIOUS! It includes ribs, grilled chicken, steak, 2 types of chorizos (one spicy, one mild) and pork chops. We got the option that also adds on shrimps. Their hand made tortillas were also very good although a bit on the thin and flimsy side. Service was excellent. No alcohol is served here but they do allow you to bring your own. Nice, homey feel.

Normally, I adore this place. But finding a cockroach in my caldo de res today is absolutely disgusting. I took it back and received a refund. They asked if I wanted another, but no thank you!

When I went I was a little afraid because I didn't see any people in the restaurant that's usually a bad sign but everything was very good don't understand why the place is not full .
