The staff here are great. The free breakfast was tasty with several choices of items including waffles. The room was clean and everything worked. I liked the large screen TV, which many hotel rooms don't have. There are many stores, restaurants, and fast food eateries in the area. There's no pool, but there is a hot tub. There's no workout room, but they do provide a pass to the local athletic club, which we used. If we come back this way, we'll stay here again.

We've stayed at five hotels this year and this was hands down the best one in comfort, service, and cleanliness all at a fantastic price. Every staff member we encountered from the front desk, to the housekeepers, to maintenance were so kind and friendly. We had a special concern prior to arriving and they happily accomodated. The area is super safe and quiet. The halls smelled fresh and clean. The breakfast had waffled, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bagles, cream cheese, muffins, coffee and juice. A REAL breakfast. The bed!! Oh, my word. I have insomnia and average five hours a night. This heavenly soft bed gave me NINE hours of solid sleep. The TV is huge and the remote is easy. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable, well run place to bed down, that is reasonably priced, this is it. Friendly staff, good breakfast and overall nice vibe. We were a couple of ladies looking to explore Poulsbo and this was a very nice place to sleep. Thanks!

We stayed in Poulsbo for three days and spent our time at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the front desk staff were all very friendly and kind. We were welcomed by Sky, who is knowledgeable about the city, friendly, and has outstanding customer service skills. She gave us great recommendations for food, tourist attractions, and activities. The lobby and the breakfast area were very cozy. We had a wonderful time and a very pleasant stay there.
