Gusano's Pizza

The inside of the canzone was very good. The outside was an adventurous, crispy blackened crust. We asked the waitress if this was common practice, and she replied "It seems to be today". We passed on the offer to cook something else due to a time constraint. I called the manager on Monday, his reply was I gave you a discount.

EDIT: While my first visit to this location was excellent, the following two visits were horrendous. They served me, on two separate and consecutive visits, a Chicago pizza where all the sauce and cheese had leaked out into the oven before boxing. The regular (non-Chicago) style pizza is OK but nothing special. The hot dogs were very good. For me, Gusano's doesn't meet the quality expectations that their pricing implies. Edit 2: Went back to Gusano’s again, ordered two pizzas - one Chicago, one regular. Spoke to manager when ordering and asked her to make sure it was made to spec. Arrived to pickup, pizza was made to spec. Manager attempted to tell me that I had already been reimbursed for my previous pizza (defective, cheese and sauce mostly gone) when I had not.

Always a great experience at Gusano’s in Tontitown! The food is consistently fantastic and the people are forever friendly. Tonight we had Zelbee as our server. Ask for her- she’s a doll 🙂

We enjoy coming to Gusano’s. Our favorite pizza spot in NWA! Ariya is a wonderful waitress.

I ordered food. They told me it would be 30 minutes so I got there 30 minutes later and waited a whole another 30 minutes for them to have it done by the time my last pizza was done and ready for pick up my first two pizzas were cold. Honestly, I don’t See how they stay open. While I was waiting for 30 minutes, there were at least five other customers that came in and had to wait just like me. Every pizza that would come out, they would have no idea what the pizza was or what customer it went to so they would ask everybody in the lobby what they ordered
