Gwinnett County Public Library - Duluth Branch

Wonderful library close to downtown Duluth! The study room was roomie and had a tv and white board. Loved it!

While this library is conveniently located downtown with plenty of parking, there are barely any available tables or seating because many are occupied by the homeless. I couldn’t find a desk to work at, even when I visited on a weekday.

I guess I was giving off homeless vibes because I would come in on my off days and sit in the children's side because the other side would always be so packed i would just sit there with my phone just enjoying being around others people, not bothering anybody or being disruptive in anyway literally just sitting there enjoying my off day but one particular day I noticed I was being watched a little closer than normal by one of the librarians a taller blonde lady who was wearing pink converse shoes, I thought it was weird but ignored it however later as the library was closing i notice her talking to another coworker, shorter Asian lady who gave me the nastinesy look as I walked by to leave and I hadn't been back there since. It was uncomfortable and unessary and felt like I was being judged

The Duluth library offers so much more than books. There's reading help for grade-school kids and homework assistance. We use the free 3D printer. You can check out museum passes. Wi-fi and study areas are free too.

A such amazing place ! Completely renewed you can find many study rooms a lab room, printers, many desktops ( apple ) the staff are really kind a and pretty nice they are always happy to help you. You can find a tons of good books. DVDs , audio books and e books. A good fact is you can find a beehive where you see how they're working is amazing !! Then new technology allows you come in to the library with your member card and the check out is at self checkout machine. The location is Perfect you can go out and find many restaurants and the Duluth town center.
