Lindsey working at the Library is wonderful. My mom was sent over from the post office because she needed help with renewing her passport. Lindsey was extremely kind and helpful. My mom was so impressed to learn that was a service the library helps with. Kindness goes a long way and is appreciated.

Tyler rocks. Specific to passport services. 20 mins per person slot served. Polite staff. Be sure to arrive atleast 2 hrs before opening due to single person taking 5 slots. Tyler was our passport Rep and he is gem of a person. Went on Sunday for my 2 kids. But was disappointed discovering many folks stand in line and ask for 5 slots. I was 3rd in line and got last slot for passport.

Visited the Library and it’s good as compared to all Gwinnett county libraries. Huge selection of books and kids have separate selection and room so we can read them more books. I saw they have passport service offered in walk-in too and people are coming to apply passport and it’s smooth process as usual. Kids like the calmness of library and enjoyed .

We recently visited this library to apply for a passport for our newborn and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were experienced in handling passport applications for infants and guided us through every step patiently. We had booked an appointment in advance, which helped avoid any wait time. The passport officer was kind and made sure we felt comfortable, especially since we had a little one with us. They gave us tips on how to hold our baby properly for the photo, and even took a few extra shots to ensure we had a good one that met the requirements.

Came here for passport services and everyone was incredibly nice! They even let me use their computer and printer when my paperwork had blue ink instead of black (my mistake) and explained everything in very understandable ways. What a great library! Highly recommend.
