Gypsy Grill (Jersey City)

Cozy cafe with excellent food! We split the beef and lamb platter which came with rice, salad and pita, and added some falafel. The meat was delicious, especially with the tahini dressing, and the rice was good as well! The falafel stole the show, crispy outside and moist inside, maybe the best I’ve had!

Food was very tasty and fresh. The seating area is very clean and has a bright ambiance! We got 2 samples to taste before we could order. The soup was flavorful. For vegetarians, try the Koshary ! Really flavorful and tasty.

One of the best falafels!! Fluffy, tender Egyptian falafels, omg I couldn’t stop eating them. The guy who took our order was so welcoming and friendly. My Mom and I can’t wait to come back to eat here, a must try restaurant to have on your list of places to eat <3 Make sure to get the falafels!

Awesome kabob in Newport City ! The staff was very friendly and so kind. We got the lamb and beef kabob to go and they offered us some falafel, which was a very nice gesture and honestly it was the best falafel I had in my life ! About the kabob, they were very generous with the rice and the meat was very tasty. We had a very great experience, I highly recommend this place.
