H-E-B Bakery

I love HEB bakery but I suggest you go to another HEB for their baking services. I ordered a half sheet for my daughter's birthday on a Friday. I had already decided online what I wanted and had seen beautiful cakes on display in the cooler. Come Sunday, I go to pick up my cake to see the ugliest thing. The manager said it was up to the designer and then smiled all smug at me. Well, sorry Amber, but you are terrible at decorating cakes. This thing was half done and looked nothing like expected. Friday designer, good. Sunday designer, bad.

Keep in mind that it is Christmas and I'm visiting from Southern California, I also had a 8-10 minute chat with an employee. Because I do reviews for Google I must be diligent to observe different aspects of the business that I'm reviewing. So I would like praise HEB to before all of America 🇺🇸 and learn, this grocery store goes above and beyond its duty to its customers. The employee that I had the pleasure of talking with, was/is an outstanding representation of HEB. Merry Christmas 🤶
