H-E-B Bakery

Can this HEB bakery please put a bell with a sign that says to ring for service? It's neither hard nor expensive to do. I can never get any service at this place without waving my hands for five minutes or having an employee who doesn't even work in bakery alert the bakers. The first time I had this experience I let it slide but it's been multiple experiences like this. I get it that you guys are busy and possibly understaffed, but come on. Take five dollars and five minutes to put a bell out, or (crazy thought) occasionally CHECK to see if there are customers? Or maybe don't hire people who literally look at the customer and then ignore them? Please Victoria HEB bakery do better.

Wow!!! I don't live close enough for their delivery service, but had the greatest experience with the location on Navarro St. in Victoria, TX. My sister who lives in San Antonio ordered me a birthday cake for them to deliver. She didn't realize that I was out of their delivery area and placed an online order for delivery. Even after the personnel at H-E-B realized that the order was placed erroneously, they delivered my cake anyway. Thank you very much Isabel and the staff for doing this. HEB is about the only place I get groceries and this solidified my decisions to shop there as much as possible.

We went in to HEB to get a custom cake ordered and Lynn was super helpful and sweet! She was patient with us as we decided the little details and even suggested what would look good! Gracie was also very kind and attentive as we looked at the cake displays! Thank you :))

THEY HAD 1 JOB AND THEY MESSED IT UP. THEY SCREWED UP ON MY MOTHER'S DAY CAKE. IT IS NOT AND I MEAN IS NOT HOW I ORDERED IT. SO I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM. I WILL NEVER ORDER MY CAKES FROM THEM AGAIN.

The staff was very helpful and courteous!
