H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

So pleasant to shop at “ my HEB at Paredes and Rubén M. Torres Blvd. (To be specific … lol) Employees are always very helpful and with a smile. For a reason they have that treatment towards us customers. They get treated well and that reflects on their smile when dealing with us. I Love MY HEB!!!

As usual long lines at HEB. Never enough cashiers on hand. HEB expects that the people in Browntown will continue to put up with the poor service!

Been terrible recently, unreliable and constantly have to call back just to get the correct items, and have to call 3 times just for a refund, takes a week. Terrible service, blame Joey

Last time we use this service. We arrived during our time slot and checked in (confirmation text received), but since it looked busy it didn't seem strange that our order was taking awhile. However, I finally began to notice other cars that arrived after us were getting their order and leaving. So I texted their number with CALL, and received another confirmation that "someone from your store will be calling you soon". I waited a few minutes and decided to talk to one of the attendants to ask about our order and found out that despite my confirmation they didn't have me checked in to their system. After finally getting our order we asked if we were still going to be charged the extra amount and were informed "of course you are". We then asked to speak to a manager but were told he's out to
