H-E-B Curbside Pickup & Grocery Delivery

Have been using HEB curbside for a couple of months now, they have been consistent with bringing out my groceries on time and with care no matter what the weather is. I am very thankful for them, special thanks to Heath who has been taking out my groceries most of the time in the morning, he would always greet me with a smile and make sure everything is well in place at my trunk, he would also hand me delicate items like the eggs. Thank you very much!

This locations customer service is phenomenal!!! I come pretty much every Sunday for the last 10 months or so and have never had a bad experience. The male with the long black hair is always very nice as well as JJ(I think that’s her name? Very long thick black hair) Even the 2 times they have forgotten to give me my items they always make it right. They apologize and have refunded my pick up fee and even this time they gave me the higher count diapers because they didn’t have the ones I paid for! These employees should definitely be recognized for their amazing customer service!

I am so grateful for heb curbside service!!! I have been using it since the start of the pandemic last year. It has been such a help to my family and my schedule. I plan to continue to use this service going forward. HEB even made the curbside service FREE!!!! I LOVE MY HEB!! The shoppers do a wonderful job gathering all my items and following instructions i add to my items regarding substitutions. I always like to leave them a kind note and encouraging words when I check out. I appreciate the GREAT WORK they do and care they have helping being my families shopping super hero. This service has also helped me stick to my shopping budget and buy less junk food. It is never a good thing to go to the store hungry and you just start buying everything that looks good that you don't need LOL. I

We've been using HEB curbside for over two years now, and we love it! I highly recommend it for anyone who cooks at home regularly. It really makes us plan our meals out ahead of time.

When they substitute they don't check to see if you ordered mild and they give me hot I can't eat it. The vegetables they pick are not what I ordered. IF I ordered 3 for a dollar green onions they only give me 1 bunch for a dollar.
