Both girls had ugly attitudes. I asked for a special sundae, and the girl said no, which I thought was weird. Then I asked for a scoop of chocolate, and she started giving me something else. When I told her that wasn’t what I asked for, she got mad and gave me an extremely small scoop of what I did ask for. $20 for two small ice creams.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was given something I did not order, and when I pointed out the mistake, the cashier—a blonde-haired woman—told me she could not prepare what I actually wanted because she gets charged for it. This was despite the fact that she never asked me for my order in the first place. She refused to make the correct item and said I could not get my money back, speaking with a poor attitude the entire time. This is unacceptable customer service, and I will not be returning.

This place has disgusted me not once but twice. The first time is when an employee of the store next door was pepper sprayed by shop lifters and they refused to give her milk stating “the manger won’t allow that” and still refusing even after offering to pay letting the poor girl roll on the floor in pain. Today I go to get a scoop and decided to up a size to save some for later. I watched as she weighed the ice cream after scooping to make sure she was giving me an exact amout…watching her go back and forth to shave some off to get the weight to a T was offsetting but it’s business I get it When she rang me up I asked for a top to which she checked with another employee and they both tell me I can’t have one. They stated ”the manger said we are not allowed to give out tops anymore”. Whe

No prices listed, no receipts given. A kid cone with sprinkles and a small 1 scoop cone with sprinkles which was so tiny that it didn't sit above the cone (it sank inside it) was $14.88. They are crazy. Definitely not going back.

Just went for a simple water and a red bull employee said the water was $1 and red bull $3. I handed $1 first for the water and then $3 for the red bull and employee said i didn’t and did not give me the water!!! A simple $1 i see by the reviews this location has horrible customer service, employees can’t remember or can’t do math !!!
