Haagen-Dazs

Haagen-Dasz is known for their high prices. It’s a higher-end ice cream company, after all. You hear about people listening to Adele in bed for hours after a bad week, drowning their sorrows in a luxurious pint of Haagen-Dasz. I had no idea until tonight that they had actual locations. The staff were very professional. The ice cream itself was incredibly rich in texture but it was lacking in taste (and disappointingly so). When I consider the portion size for a regular especially, the price in my mind just doesn’t add up. Their cookies and cream dazzling sundae was very good - my least favorite part of it though was the ice cream by far which is sad. The sea salt caramel truffle cup was good, but again the flavor was lacking. The last place we went to for sea salt caramel was Premise Mai

Super rude employees. Never spending my money here. I had a terrible experience at your store in the Bridgewater Commons Mall on New Jersey USA. An employee at this location was super rude to me. When I asked a question he pointed me to the screen and said see it there. The name was barely visible on his name tag and When I asked him his he started hiding his name tag. Seemed like Jasem/Jason. If customer service is important, you should not keep such employees.

Plenty flavors to choose from. Kids loved the taste. Teens who worked there were kind and helping. The only complaint is that their cashier macine did not show the price I was charged before handing the card.

Aloha mango smoothies were so rich and refreshing 🍍🥭

$8.50 for a SMALL ice cream in a cup?!Man, I just came to get my son a little treat and I could not even believe how expensive it was. I hope they enjoy my $8.50. I will never come here again.
