Enjoy my lunch today. The food was fresh and and hot. And very clean restaurant. The guest service very friendly and helpful. I been to other locations but this way is way better. And it great to see the GM greeting guests at there table. I will be back

Been eating here for years. No more. The “new” menu no longer appealing. The new way of cooking has what feels like pre-frozen meats over-grilled and tasteless. Peach-colored, bleached out tomatoes and shredded lettuce both tasteless and lifeless leaving you wanting the “old” menu back. in its quest to modernize and lower costs, THE HABIT has lost its way no longer producing what felt like fresh food choices. Limited drink options also a negative. Both my wife and I were disappointed at the changes. Seems almost the reverse of where consumerism demands more fresh options with local sourcing to produce clean, unprocessed nutrition. Born in Santa Barbara, destroyed in Irvine.

Manager/Owner is a perk! Very rude! Food was good but that guy was something else. The employees were great, helpful and generous. Call it a misunderstanding but, came to our table stern stomping his fingers on the table, scolded my family for something we didnt do. He handled what ever his problem was very poorly. Lost this family as a returning customer.

I had two negative experiences here in one week. I came to pick up my order after receiving a text it was ready but the worker couldn't find my bag of food and said it got stolen or accidentally taken by someone else. He apologized and I waited while they remade my order. The manager Julio gave me a card for a free Charburger & fries for the inconvenience which I thought was super nice and great customer service! About 6 days later, I went back and did a curbside pick-up. I parked right in the front in spot 2 and clicked on the link I received via text that had me check and put in my car model and color. I was so excited to try the new chicken and grilled asparagus salad and it did not disappoint! It was so flavorful and the balsamic On it was so delicious and Moist that I did not need any additional dressing. My husband got the Cobb salad and we split some french fries for a splurge. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful and when they forgot the avocado on his salad they quickly remedied that and added it for us. We love this restaurant and will continue to go there at least once a month.
