Customer Reviews
The best Mexican food I try in Oregon prices are cheap for the size of the plates the service is excellent and a really good atmosphere if I'm in the area I'm absolutely going Update after 1 or 2 years I went back to the area and want to try again the food at Hacienda vieja the beans and rice still bomb I order a carne asada plate , which I almost never do because I can make carne asada myself, but this one was so tender, juicy, and flavorful that I don't regret it. My son ordered a cheeseburger, and he said it was very good.
Excellent. Very good quality. Very Very Fresh. Excellent everything.
Recently had cause to go to Ashland, and was excited to knock a few towns off the Great Oregon Burger Bucket List (my quest to have a burger in every town in Oregon). Found a Mexican restaurant with burgers, La Pinata, in Drain, and headed over. Really cool local spot. Serves just about everything, friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere. Huge cookies!! Being sold to pay for trips to watch the Atlanta Braves, of which this is a mini Mecca for fans. I asked if it was a decent serving of onion rings, and boy howdy!! They gave about twice as much as most places do. Great prices, $20 with the tip for a big bacon burger, lots of onion rings, large drink, and two huuuuge cookies. Onion rings were great crispy batter with a soft onion inside, mild taste to the batter. I don't normally use fry sauce
Tried it twice. We didn't even finish our meal either time. Service wasn't the greatest either. Lack of communication. I know some Spanish language but still could not help the sad faced older woman
Loved the small town atmosphere. No Mexicans in sight but surprisingly Great Mexican food. MASSIVE portions, low price and amazing customer service.
