I came here to sing karaoke with friends, and the prices are reasonable. Rooms are $45, $55, or $65 per hour. Even the smallest room can accommodate six or seven people. The food selection and prices are also quite affordable. This was my first time here, and the service was excellent. I will definitely come back again.

Definitely worth a try. Imo, when you go to a traditional Chinese/cantonese restaurant, you need to have appropriate expectations. I see earlier reviews about the dim sum not being good. I agree that this is NOT a dim sum place lol. This restaurant does your traditional Cantonese banquet food very well. The stir fried clams in black bean sauce, fried lychee balls, steamed fresh fish with scallions and soy sauce, fried soy milk, fried pumpkin balls with coconut sago filling, and fish maw soup with red vinegar are must-haves. Also must try the oyster pancake. I will also note that the food this visit is much better than during my first visit. They are new and clearly improving their food.

Hai Long Ge in Edison is honestly one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. The food tastes super fresh every time, the portions are generous, and the flavors are exactly like real home-style cooking. The staff is welcoming and fast, and the vibe makes it a great spot for family dinners, late-night hangs, or big group celebrations. The karaoke rooms are also such a fun bonus clean, spacious, and perfect for birthdays or nights out. Highly recommend stopping by if you want authentic, delicious Chinese food with great service.

I have been wanting to try this since it’s under new ownership. We got there lunch time Sat and was so surprised the place is empty. There was one other table beside us. There was no dim sum, not even on the menu. Disappointed ☹️ The place serves both Cantonese and Fujianese dishes. Ingredients are fresh, stirred fried is good, food is bit on the salty side. Place is new and clean.
