Halal Express

The owners are incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome on my first day in Albany. The chicken over rice is some of the best I’ve had—super fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. I’d definitely recommend Halal Express to anyone looking for great halal cart food in Albany.

This place not only has spectacular food, but also the brothers that run it are so hospitable and polite. The food is fresh. The restaurant is clean and very welcoming. I’ve had dinner there at least four times in the past two weeks and every time it’s consistent and delicious. Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area I’m lucky because they happen to be my neighbors.

I would like to highly recommend this restaurant.The waiter, Lutfi, provided exceptional service ,he was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The restaurant itself is excellent; the food is delicious, the service is outstanding, and everything is clean and well organized. It was truly a wonderful dining experience.

I tried this place as a new option in my area and they did not disappoint the food came quick was hot and was good. Can’t complain to top it off. They offer a Buy one get one special on certain items that is well worth it. Glad to have them close by keep up the good work guys.
