HALAL PIZZA BIZZA

When I came in, the person that took my order was sitting down and on his phone. I order chicken wings and chicken drum/ breast combos. The chicken was bloody, smelled old (not fresh), tasted greasy and had no seasoning or flavor. The mozzarella sticks I also ordered didn’t even stretch when I pulled them apart and they had forgot to put the marinara in the bag too. Literally the only thing I thought tasted decent was the orange tinge sauce that came with the chicken. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again, they need a lot of improvement on their food.

I’m writing to share some honest feedback regarding my recent experience. Unfortunately, the pizza quality was very inconsistent; the crust arrived both overcooked in some areas and undercooked in others. Additionally, the texture was quite hard and had a pre-made, biscuit-like taste rather than the fresh-tossed quality I was expecting. ​I did bring these concerns to the manager's attention, but the response I received didn't leave me confident that the issue would be resolved for future orders. As a customer who values a fresh and well-prepared meal, this was a disappointing experience, and I likely won't be returning unless there are significant improvements to the dough and preparation process.

I recently visited a Halal pizza point under new ownership and was thoroughly impressed. It's the best Halal pizza I've had in Chicago, with a perfect balance of cheese, crust, and toppings. I highly recommend it. Meeting one of the owners, Asim, was a pleasure; he's a very kind and approachable person.

I tried the double patty Smash Burger at Halal Pizza Bizza and it was absolutely delicious! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly — you can really taste the quality. The buns were fresh and everything was well-balanced. Definitely one of the best halal burgers I’ve had in a while in Chicago. I highly recommend you! 🍔🔥
