So many highly rated reviews, and I can see why. I’ve heard good things about the restaurant. But my experience was the complete opposite. Ordered 3 classic smash burgers and a small fried to go, as I had a plane to catch. Order was placed 4:30 ish, and I got a message saying order was received. However, went to pick it up at 5:30 and they said that they hadn’t received the order. Very disappointed in such poor service. Also, building was not kept in good condition. The floors were extremely sticky, and there were cobwebs in front above the door.
💯 beyond disappointed !! Who makes a gyro like this !! Full of salad and a very small amount of meat placed here and there. I stopped here in a rush to get my family food on a work break on a double shift today I’ve never been here it was on the way in rush hour traffic so I thought meh how bad could it be! Well beyond bad 🤬 We had to eat these I didn’t have time for anything else but won’t be making this mistake again ! Shoulda coulda woulda went to TimTims on Montrose or Big Boy on western or even Big League Burgers on Irving do your self a favor if you want a gyro don’t come here maybe the only thing keeping them open is the burgers but we aren’t willing to try that either now 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
More people need to know about this place and try their food. I've been here twice in the last month and tried cheesesteaks, smashburgers, chicken sandwiches, fries - everything has been fresh, hot, and tasted amazing! Agreed, the interior is a little run-down, but there are so many can't miss hole-in-the-wall places around town and this is definitely one of them. Expect a better/faster experience if you order in-person, look the other way on whether or not the floor feels sticky, and enjoy some really good comfort food!
Came here for lunch while working. Ordered the cheesy Sriracha smash burger and some tenders. We were told that it was a 20 minute wait time so I waited hoping it would be faster since we were the only ones there. Definitely took longer than 20 min and once we did get the food it was cold my smash burger wasn't even made properly no grilled onions no Sriracha. Only one single jalapeño and a singular pickle which i asked for no pickles. The tenders we had ordered were supposed to be spicy tenders no sauce either of the one we picked. Just bland plane stale tenders. Definitely a major let down
