Hallamshire Family Restaurant

This was our 1st visit to Hallamshire Family restaurant and it won't be our last. The prices are fabulous. 2 breakfast under $20 is incredible. The portions were good and food very tasty. Breakfast is always great 👍.

Standard diner fare. Food was good but not great. Omelet was very good. Chili also good though could have used some raw onions and cheese. My buddies sandwich had a very bright yellow gravy on it which looked odd though he said it tasted fine. Menu isn't huge but certainly robust enough! Breakfast offered all day. Server we had was super friendly and ON it with the coffee refills. She made the dining experience so much better and added a star to my review. Alas... they don't offer muffins which is something I always enjoy at a diner. Nice enough place all in all but nothing special.

There’s no place like home. But Hellamshire makes you feel like family. I have never in my life had a better server than Hope. The owners and their entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. They also serve enormous servings at such reasonable prices. Food is always good. Parking is sometimes tight when they are busy. I do wish they could pave the grass lot next to them or behind them for more parking. We try to carpool if going with other friends or family.

Nice family owned diner type restaurant with "home cooked" food. Prices are appropriate and easy on the wallet. Our dinner was very good and we would go back. It's always nice to support a family owned restaurant.

After reading all the rave reviews of this place my husband and I decided to go for breakfast. I am a huge breakfast person and was excited for it. The pumpkin pancakes were horrible. Tasted like unflavored batter. The meat was good, so was the coffee, but that was it. We spent $40 for everything and were disappointed to say the least.
