Hana Steak Seafood & Sushi

Hana Steak Seafood & Sushi left much to be desired. The food was mediocre, lacking the flavors you'd expect from such a cuisine. Service was even worse. Our server, Reigh’Lee, was inattentive and barely checked on us. She dropped food off without a word. A career change might be beneficial. Edit: I’m very mindful with my reviews. I took into account it was Mothers Day but the restaurant at 3pm was only about a quarter full. We weren’t on the hibachi side (which was very busy). Our waitress was not serving other patrons-we rarely saw her. I did see her eating. She dropped off our food without speaking. The lemon drops were warm no ice nor chilled glass. I think long and hard before posting a negative review.

We had never been here before. We usually opt for another hibachi place, but it was my son’s birthday and they were closed. So we decided to give Hana a try. Overall it was good. Our waitress was nice, the food was good, and my son enjoyed himself for his birthday. We would eat here again.

Food was mid it could use more seasoning! Service was 0/10 the waiter only was at the table in the beginning to take order and give out drinks and didn’t come back to the table until the chef left and started passing out to go boxes. What was crazy it wasn’t even busy so I didn’t understand why I saw my waitress twice that whole evening. (I asked two different people for a plastic fork and didn’t get it until my original waitress came back with the checks) Atmosphere was trash because why can I see your worker on her phone sitting at one of the tables go to the back with that.

I have no clue why this place is still in business, the rice for the sushi is hard ane crunchy instead of soft/ fresh and this is coming from somebody who been eating sushi since they were young. For one of your main dishes being sushi you'd think they'd pride themselves on wanting it to be good.. atleast miso soup was alright . Save your money for good sushi just don't go here or sushikin on kings hwy.

I love coming here the hibachi show is so fun and exciting. The food is always great if I could I would eat here everyday. I use to just eat a regular California roll but the waitress recommended an Alexandria roll and the lsu and it changed my life. I recommend this place to everyone I know that loves sushi.
