Hanabi Sushi & Hibachi Express

Had a pleasant visit dining in today at Hanabi Sushi & Hibachi.This is a fast Hibachi and sushi style restaurant with a decent amount of seating inside if you choose to eat in. Clean, cozy atmosphere with friendly service. Good variety of sushi rolls and Hibachi entree options. The food is fresh and tasty. Ordered: Philadelphia Roll, Tempura Shrimp Roll, and the Chicken Salmon Hibachi. You can see from the pics that the portion sizes are plentiful.

I came in from out of town and ate here with my friends. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s some of the best Hibachi I’ve ever had. There’s no flashy tricks or gimmicks, its simply top-quality food served from kitchen to table by genuine and kind people. I had the hibachi Steak and Chicken. The pic speaks for itself. The chicken was juicy, the steak melted in your mouth, the rice and noodles were flavorful and my mouth is watering just from the memory of it.. I rarely get a chance to eat here but when I do I know I’ll never be disappointed! The two times I’ve been here the place has always been spotless. The staff is always warm and welcoming, the food is affordable and plentiful. My only complaint is that my stomach is too small to finish what’s on my plate. If you took the time to r

Great food in a nondescript restaurant. Hibachi chicken was served warm with accompanied rice, noodles, and vegetables. Philadelphia roll was fresh. Friendly counter/wait staff.

I absolutely love this spot and recommend it to anyone looking for express hibachi in Charlotte. My go-to order is pictured, but I do mix it up and get chicken sometimes. Great quality meats and food all around for the price! 5 STARS!!! I will have to get around to trying the hibachi salmon and sushi, one day.
