Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

We visited the Handles location today and ordered a banana split and a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone. Let me tell you—it was mouthwatering and delicious! Chelsea assisted us and was very friendly and professional, answering all of our questions. Jocelyn was also helping other customers, and both young ladies were incredibly welcoming. We will definitely be back for the great customer service and amazing ice cream.

The owners Gary Kovach and Marcy are delusional and flat out lies about the customer service at his location. Our family visited this location at approximately 9:45pm a couple of nights ago. The posted hours indicated they were open until 10:00pm, but when we approached the entrance, the door was already locked. Our young children did not understand this and tried opening the door several times. While this was happening, we could see teenage staff members inside looking over and giggling to each other. My brother-in-law recognized customers who were still inside, so we walked around to the clearly marked “Exit Only” door and entered.
