Hank Sauce

Traveled all the way from Pennsylvania just to eat here and buy more sauce! It's a cute little restaurant that makes 5 star food. We happened to go in when they had to pause for a half hour and do more prep for the dinner rush. We were fine with waiting. They provided us with some chips and pineapple salsa while we waited to order. They have a couple fans inside but no ac unit. I was a little sweaty by the time I left but it was worth every penny. Their phone was ringing constantly for take out orders. Go to Hanks. You won't be disappointed. Witches brew and across the boards are two of my favorite sauces. I suggest trying them all!! I've been ordering Hank's sauce for the past year after finding it in a local gourmet grocery in Murray, KY. I usually order 4 or 5 bottles at a time bc I give it as gifts to my friends. Everyone loves this shit!!!! I especially like it on eggs & its great in Buffalo chicken dip. Love your sauce!

Family ordered lunch take out and wasn’t disappointed by the food. Overall, the wait time was severely underestimated (which in this case was okay but if you have somewhere else to be, plan to spend at least 15 extra minutes waiting for your food). Staff wasn’t very friendly and the pick-up experience was a bit awkward. The restaurant lacked gluten free options. The food was good enough for a second trip but the atmosphere was just a bit off.

There was no shortage of delicious food here. Portion sizes were generous and you have access to all their hot sauce at the table. The crab and clam chowder had no shortage of seafood! The southwest shrimp tacos were also amazing with every sauce we tried. Staff was sweet and we're were served very quickly. We never come to this island but I'm glad we took a one off trip to come here. Gotta say though, this soup would be excellent on pasta :-)

Absolutely blown away by everything here! The amazing service and friendliness of the young ladies behind the counter. The food and flavor is amazing! 9.1 Wing score!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don’t forget a bottle of Hanks sauce before you leave!
