Hanna's Frosty Treats

This seasonal ice cream shop has been a North Buffalo staple since 1978. With both soft serve and hard ice cream selections, as well as Italian ices and a full range of toppings, it's really easy to satisfy a that craving for a sweet, cold treat. Their sundaes are generous both with their ice cream and toppings, and even a small serving for a cone or cup is a lot. In the last couple of years they've started taking payment via card, so there's no longer that worry about not having cash when you go. Note that since all their seating is outdoors, they're inherently pet-friendly (and yes, they do have pup-cones!), so don't be surprised if people bring their dogs.

Loved this place so much we went twice during our trip to Buffalo. The soft serve is great (thick and creamy, not icy.) They only have vanilla, chocolate, and swirl, but with all the toppings and dips, there are a million options. They also do shakes and scooped ice cream too. Staff was so friendly helping us pick things out.

Terrible experience, I sent them an email too. First attempt wasted second attempt didn’t even try! Didn’t even put my brownies on the second attempt I had to wait in line just to ask him if he put the brownies in? I said just give me a refund $13 for a bowl of vanilla soft serve ?!
