The WORST Chinese food I ever had! Hot and spicy chicken, was sweet not hot & spicy, and had 2 tiny pieces of chicken and was told that's normal. Missing 1 item and egg roll was so soggy it was limp! When I called the "manager" was rude told me "that's how we make food"

We’ve ordered from here many times for their family dinners. It’s not the best Chinese in the area but it was a good deal and close by. We’ve always gotten the white rice included with the dinner but tonight I selected the shrimp lo mein for $3 extra. They then called me and said they’d have to check with the chef about switching the rice for the lo mein. Confusing considering it was an option given through their ordering platform on their website. I was hung up on while on hold and when I called back I spoke with someone else. They said my order total was higher than it said when I checked out. When I questioned that, they said the shrimp lo mein was extra and I clarified I had already paid $3 extra based on that selection when ordering. If it should have been more, they should have updat

I'll give this a 5 because I think it deserves at least a 4. They're out on the front lines delivering when not many Chinese places are. It got here within an hour, food is solid, cooked perfectly, huge portions, they even threw in a free 2 liter. General Tso (Dragon and Phoenix) especially, among the best I've had. Sweet with just a hint of spice. I dislike that they make you sign the receipt even when paying online (are they disinfecting the pen regularly?), but that is my only complaint. Hope to visit the restaurant someday. It's a gem hidden in plain sight, try it out next time you get a craving.

🤔 This place right here is a hard review but here we go🙈🙉🙊.Customer service at this location leaves a bad taste in my mouth so be ready. Not friendly and my clients orders are never ready and I feel im treated as if im the problem. 🧐Despite the bad I do get consistent requests from this location. So there has to be somthing good about it I'm not seeing 👀 or tasting😕 i guess. I personally will never know🤷🏿‍♂️.
