Great variety of healthy whole vegan foods! Would have gave five star on service if the cashier would have had a better personality and they would have actually had tofu. It took at least 15 minutes before they had tofu. And that was the only vegan "protein" option. But they had plenty of other veggie options that were sufficient like black beans, sweet potatoes and broccoli which was great. It was unfortunate that the only vegan protein option was not even available. The cook was very kind and explained that was just because they got over the weekend shift having ran out and It took time to marinate, chop and cook. Got a breakfast bowl with spinach, sweet potatoes, and tomatoes. and my friend got a custom bowl! It’s tasted great and was prepared quickly! We dined outside with our poochie and the team brought out some water for him without being asked! So nice of them! :)

The food is not bad, nothing to brag about cause a lot of the food they make here is pretty simple to make yourself at home. But the portion sizes vs the amount of money you pay is staggering. A small bowl with some rice, fish and greens costed over $20 without a drink! insane prices, small portion sizes. For those prices I'll make my own Ahi Tuna bowls at home for way cheaper from the grocery store. and then on top of that your hit with the usual tip 20% screen, tip for what? the employees spend more time on their phone than assisting customers anyways. I could never ever justify spending that amount of money at this place ever again, one and done for me.

Ordered online for take out from this location. Food was fine, service was not. I showed up 10 minutes after when my order was supposed to be ready. When I entered, there were no customers in line and three employees working. Took several minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the register. Eventually an employee that was on her phone did and I assumed she was grabbing my order. She did not have the order ready and was making it on the spot. She handed me the two salad bowls without a bag. I asked for a bag to which she responded "you bag it yourself" and gestured to a stack of bags🤦‍♂️ I don't know why Happy + Hale has to make this process harder than it needs to be. I will not be coming back to this location. Do better!!
