Happy Sparrow Café

Saw this little cafe on Google Maps that serves Texas-styled kolache and coffee and had to make the trip. What an amazing little gem it turned out to be! Choose between a sweet, savory, or breakfast filled kolache along with your favorite beverage and enjoy. It really doesn’t get much better than that. Cute cafe but really lacking in seating during rainy days. The drinks and pastries were lovely. I think its a better to go place than hang out place.

Perfect local cafe. We enjoy the friendly staff and always have a hard time deciding between the savory and sweet kolaches because both are amazing and they have a ton of variety of both. Could make the patio a little nicer but inside is homey and comfortable.

Super cute space and great kolaches. We got two savory and one sweet and they were all 10/10. They can’t control the dude working, talking on his phone, on speaker, inside (come on man), so I can’t hold that against them. My only request would be to put a pitcher of milk out next to the coffee so you don’t have to ask the very busy staff to get it for you from behind the counter. Otherwise 10/10, will definitely be back.

Best Kolaches outside of Louisiana and Texas. I highly recommend and my advice is to get there early so you get the best selection of them. I've always loved the ones with the little smoked sausages and I don't usually like to eat breakfast. I could eat them everyday but my heart Dr. doesn't approve.
