Hard Knox Pizza Hardin Valley

My husband and I are frequent customers at the Hardin Valley location. We ordered via Uber Eats on 3/7 around 7:00pm. The roni roll dough was fully raw on the inside and inedible and the cinnamon rolls and dessert knots were so burnt they were also inedible. It’s not often that we have a bad experience ordering from here, but unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. I wanted to provide feedback in hopes there will be an improvement and more consistency in the quality moving forward.

Ended up getting delivery, which was quick and a little earlier than initially indicated. Both the veggie and Rocky Balboa pizzas were great. Both had a great crust full of pockets and a nice char to the crust. My wife is a thick crust fan and she really liked the pizzas. The Balboa had really flavorful sausage and the veggie was also very good. Definitely will be getting more pizzas here again.

I travel around the country and eat pizza all over the place, I am a huge pizza fanatic. This place can go toe-to-toe with the best of them! The pizza was very good, Neapolitan style. It was very unique, I haven’t had pizza quite like it anywhere. Toppings are very high quality, I had pepperoni and chicken.

Great pizza. In fact the best pizza I’ve ever had. Excellent customer service I ask for well done pizza and they delivered. 10/10

This is a very good pizza stop. Very freindly and welcoming service. Its a very clean and interesting or exciting boxing theme. Real heavy bags and speed bags on the walls and ceiling. The pizza is baked in a brick oven and is very very delicious and fresh. The dough is perfect. The ceaser salad was top notch with real shaved parmesian cheese. I really like this place and will be back. Its a small 3 location chain in knoxville tn owned by a local family from my understanding. Will b back
