Hardee's

Took me a week to get around to writing this review. My entire life I have loved Hardee's mushroom and Swiss burgers, I loved the burgers before Carl's Jr's bought the franchise. The burger in the old day used to drip mushrooms out of the burger and I loved the flavor. Even today I loved the burgers so at least once or twice a week I will go find a nearby Hardee's and grab a meal. I always ask for some extra mushrooms because over the years the style has decreased. The experience I had at this Hardee's was by far the worst I have ever had in the 50+ years. I ordered my meal with extra mushrooms as usual. The kid at the counter was not having a good day, so I tried to be extra nice when ordering. I got my sandwich and took my first bite. It was bone dry, very little mushrooms and gravy.

Just came from Hardees drive thru ordered biscuit pork chop and biscuit with eggs and bacon. When I opened the bag saw one of them is just packed like just crumpled and when I opened it saw the biscuit is juts an inch square and there are bite marks on it. Very very disappointed on a Sunday early morning

Caleb was incredible at the drive through! Unbelievably great customer service! Two chicken sandwhich combos with HOT large fries. My 16 year old son’s first visit to a Hardee’s. The experience with Caleb made my son tell me that we need to frequent Caleb’s Hardee’s. I believe the night manager was Michelle and she was super pleasant also. Caleb and Michelle left a very, VERY good impression for my son at Hardee’s

I usually never leave a review, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. I don't usually eat at Hardee's, but I was on the road, and decided to try it out. I was pretty indecisive, but Ryan who was working the counter at the time recommended me the frisco burger. I really enjoyed it!! I wouldn't have expected it at first, but I had a delicious meal, staff was helpful and the environment was clean. I will be coming back!!

Return trip from Augusta to Knoxville, stopped around 3pm at this location. I had a service issue with my order and asked for the manager. After several minutes, I began video recording and THAT got the manager. I explained the issue then he took my food and disappeared behind the counter. After several more minutes, I called the location to get him back to the counter, where I got a refund. Obviously, I won't return.
