Great customer service from manager, Robin G. She is real customer oriented and provide excellent customer service. Good to see employers care about customer satisfaction. She was extremely helpful and told me about the deal that saved me money. Way APPRECIATE that❤️. You should treasure such an amazing employee!!!! I’ll definitely be back and spread the word.

Been awhile since been here. Didnt get order right and took forever to get it. Not like it was when Robin was a manager here. Robin made you feel welcome and would come around to make sure food was correct as well if any problems with it. Now unsure if will get correct food when you order. Seems like service and how long it takes to get the food Been getting worse since Robin left. At least quality of the food is still good.

I'm the only person in the Drive-Thru, and I have waited 12 minutes for my food. Do not come here if you're looking for a speedy service

This location is very convenient. Just off I-80, you can't beat its location. It's biggest downfall is that there doesn't seem to be very many adults working there between 11an and 1pm. As with many businesses, with high employee turnover rates, there just seems to be not many give-a-dangs given by most of the staff, with one or two members truly caring about their jobs and their customers. That being said, the ones who care, do what they can to keep things alive. The food is hit or miss on heat. I even had 1 Frisco handed to me on regular bread that wasn't even toasted. I gave this Hardee's a 4 out of five for their hard workers that are trying their best to keep the business alive and not complaining to every guest who pulls up to the window.
