Hardee's

I loath making reviews when I don't have something good to say. I love Hardee's mushroom and Swiss burgers. I made a special trip yesterday into Cape Girardeau to get them. They were advertised at $6 on the Google search. They ended up being $10. That's fine. But the girl serving me was rude. The mushroom and Swiss burger I ate didn't taste like the one's I was used to eating at Hardee's in Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois and other places. I really wish I had gone through the drive thru. I would have missed the ' you should be lucky if I don't screw up your order attitude.' I've spent many years in the restaurant business as a line cook and a manager. So I tend to give workers the benefit of the doubt and a pass when I think they're having a bad day. I'm grateful they're are other places in

Tacos was so greasy that I couldn't even eat them. Rhonda took them back to the counter and the lady said that they're always that way. Finally they agreed to exchange them for a fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was fresh and hot and had a good taste. Some employees was talking about their personal home issues and problems

OMFG, I just have the best burger in my life. I travel an hour to eat here. Robert is my hero, but Brendan, you, my man, are absolutely the best freaking burger. Friendliest people. Very calm setting. Clean.

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru for 2 double cheeseburgers. Burgers were burnt, buns were cold. Ive been there 2 other times and never had a good experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. We sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, and when we finally got our food, the order was wrong. No apology, no urgency, just slow and careless service all around. If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Hardee’s
