Hardee's

After the terrible wait for burger and fries, the fries are cold as ice and the burger is dry as leather. Horrible place, with super long wait times. I've had better food at a gas station than this place.

No food was fresh. Took a while. Someone dropped breakfast on way out. Still there at 1pm! Many employees walked in and out and stepped over it. Many employees. Repetitively. The last one I noticed was management!

The food is always good. However idk if it was just the day or if staff was having a bad day but I was floored at the disrespectful attitudes from several staff members towards customers. It wasn't me thankfully cuz I would have come unhinged. The customers I witnessed had legitimate issues and needless to say it was gut wrenching to say the least. I will not return to Hardee's no time soon. I grew up in the day where you respect people and to work in customer service or anything dealing with the public you show respect and kindness no matter what. You don't know what any one person is going thru so when you throw disrespectful attitudes on top of the what ever day the person your serving is having well you can probably imagine how they feel leaving the store.

Drive thru took a while. My fries were ice cold, and the bun on my sandwich was hard to the touch. Not a very good meal. I ate in the parking lot, and the guy who was in line behind me didn't get his food until I was done eating. The only redeeming quality was the gal in the window was very friendly. Hardee's has one if the best menus in fast food, and used to be excellent, but I've noticed all of the Hardee's in this region are really bad.

My son only eats at this location off of Cedar Bluff and we have had very good customer service and fresh food when Darrel is there.! The lady there is also so kind! Thank you!
