Hardee's

The food here is disgusting. Our order was a frisco burger which was barely warm, cheese burger also barely warm the cheese wasn't even melted and a hotdog that looked disgusting. I called and told the manager about it and he was like oh well thanks for letting us know. I will not be going there again. You’ll get nasty food and waste your money. Very unfriendly and rude workers.

Went for breakfast 11:30am 03/01/26 ordered 2 breakfast platters with bacon and sausage got home no bacon but they charged me $3 for it. Everything I go here my order is never right the lady in the drive thru was short with me and took me forever to get to the speaker I'm going to stop going here. They need to pay attention stop standing there talking or play around. Then when I called about the bacon she sounded like she didn't know what to tell me

First time I went I was there at lunch time and had to wait 30+ minutes for my food agreeing waiting 12 minutes for my order to be taken. When I finally got my food it was cold and soggy. Second time I went was at night at 8:47 to be exact and they already closed and locked the doors. Tried going through the drive thru and they wouldn’t even take my order just started at me through the window.

I have noticed several times, this is my last. That if you order a chicken biscuit for breakfast it's old.....not good, but good biscuit though..

10-12-24: Hahahahaha years later I ordered the same thing and it didn't disappoint. I love this location!!!! 2/28/21: I ordered a Single Bacon Beast burger with extra mushrooms added and Hardee's did not disappoint. I absolutely love this location and the Chilhowie location is seriously the best Hardee's AND overall all fast food place to eat on the East Coast. We'll done, as always! *I HOPE THAT CORPORATE OFFICES SEES THIS* I eat fast food of all type very often up and down the East coast. I have been on an obnoxious mission for the past 10 years to ask, beg, and even pay $20 for a cup of pickles only to let down.
