“A Culinary Crime Scene” Honestly, this was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. The burger was so soggy it could’ve been used as a sponge, and the bacon? Practically oinking. I don’t know what kind of kitchen magic turns a burger into soup, but they’ve mastered it. It’s crystal clear why this place is a ghost town in the evenings no sane person would come back for seconds. I’d ask for a refund, but unfortunately, I had to go to work before I could stage a full investigation. Cheap food, cheap experience. You really do get what you pay for—if what you paid for was regret. Disgusting.

Food is always great, but Mrs. Margaret in the drive through is the life-blood of this place at the Willow Ave location. She is so full of life and kindness. I always pull out of there smiling due to her infectious laughter and positive attitude! Thank you Mrs. Margaret! You impact our community in a big way just by being you!

This Hardee’s is %100 the best I have been to!! The crew is phenomenal and the customer service is top notch! The food is always fresh and if for any reason it’s not, they have NO issue resolving the problem and have an amazing attitude doing so. They take pride in their work. Nothing but respect for the women and men I deal with there!

I ordered 60 sausage and biscuits to be picked up the next morning. I arrived the sausage and biscuits were hot and ready in a carry out box. They helped me carry them out to my vehicle. The staff was so nice and helpful. The sausage and biscuits taste delicious. I highly recommend Hardee’s on Willow Ave.

I love this Hardee’s…. Today I talked to Aaron and Abraham! They were so kind and helpful. I usually talk to miss Margaret but she was off today. Nevertheless, this place has the kindest, most fun staff. They all seem to really love their jobs and go above and beyond to help you with your order! They’re just a wonderful place to get food in the mornings, start your day out with a smile ☺️
