Hardee's

I'm pretty bummed out right now. I just picked up Hardee's on my way into work and it was a total bust at this location. I'm staring at what's supposed to be a chicken BLT and three chicken tenders, but it's Trash. First off, the chicken BLT… It's burnt to a crisp. Seriously, I can't even bite into it, it's so rock hard. And the kicker? I asked for extra crispy bacon, and it's anything but. It's just limp and sad, definitely not what I was looking for. Then there are these "tenders." They're so dry and overcooked they're practically jerky. And tiny! I'm pretty sure they gave me chicken nuggets instead of tenders. Like, what even is that? I go to this hardees 3 times a week. We live an hour away and I work 12 hr shifts. When I get off I bring my husband to davenport for his dialysis treatment. I then come to this hardees and get breakfast. Drive thru is fast and the guy that normally works drive thru is great. When I get to the window the guy takes my money. A few seconds later and older African American woman is shoving my food at me. I was just barely able to grab the bag before it fell into my lap. When I told her that was rude her excuse was I was trying to put it in your window. I told her that it was rude to shove food at the customer and she needed to learn customer service skills. She replied that she has excellent customer service and I was having a bad day. The guy was standing right behind her

Got the biggest roast beef...didn't have enough beef for a regular. Almost all bun. Arby's from now on. See pic. Used to be really big. Never again. Happen last time also. 2 strikes and done

LeRoy was great! He provided information to pertaining to the Menu and my order. He knows his Stuff. Keep up the great work loved the extra touch of the heart shape biscuit!!!

Went through the drive thru. Person taking my order was in a rush and rude. I was charged $1.50 for 6 honey mustard sauce I never received.
