Hardee's

Went to Hardee’s this morning 8-11-2025. I ordered two frisco breakfast sandwiches with only egg and cheese. The bread was soggy and not even cooked. Why do I deal with this DAMN STORE. Bad service bad cooks that don’t care ALWAYS THIS LOCATION. They keep the doors locked now so I really and truly will not go to this store EVER!!!! Again

Food was good and hot. They dont serve the dukes gold BBQ sauce anymore but its on the sign. Tried to get service but the server was on her phone at the front counter. The district manager was on the phone walking back and forth in front of her. Only one worker asked me if I needed someone thing.

I told the gentleman at the drive thru three times what i wanted and he was not nice! Then he told me to pull up to a parking spot and when he finally gave me the food it was awful and not what I ordered!! Awful service and food!!! I told him three times that I only wanted chilli!! And the actual hotdogs was burnt and disgusting

I stopped here because it was convenient. My 11 year old niece was very skeptical and asked "is this the best option?" As we went in and approached the counter to order she commented on the dirty and worn-out rug, dirty floor, and yucky soda fountain. They advertise breakfast until noon so we got a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo and the hand battered chicken biscuit. We had the pick of several tables, not the cleanest place, sat down and said grace. Gotta be covered from "all hurt harm and danger." My Frisco was missing the egg and looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu. I went up to the counter to let them know, and she seemed a bit disturbed that i wanted my egg. My niece initially focused on the potato rouunds (which were good) and did not open her biscuit right away. But when

I hate to complain but too many times that I go to this Hardee's, and I don't go often anymore, the order is wrong. If you make a simple change, you can be sure it will be wrong. The breakfast burritos can be really good if they make it correctly. I have a feeling that the franchise owner doesn't pay the employees enough.
