Hardee's

So, I received a promotion offer for my birthday. I received a free Frisco burger with any purchase. Naturally, I bought french fries. While the staff were pleasant and courteous, the food was far below par. The fries were already cold, wrinkly and gritty. The burger was not even warm. I was hungry, so ate it. I did not advise the staff because the people were nice and the restaurant was severely under staffed. The burger couldn't even melt the cheese. Seriously, the entire burger could not have been over 110 degrees fahrenheit. And why serve old fries? Potatoes are cheap. In summary, the Hardee's staff are good but my "birthday meal" was a terrible experience. (Un)happy Birthday from Hardee's.

I see a lot of negative reviews for this Hardees. Yes the food is average for fast food today. The atmosphere is typical fast food. But the employee had a smile on her face and was very kind. We had no problem with our order or her at all Her name is Peaches. She took my wife’s and mine’s order. I didn’t really look at the receipt. Until I got to the table. It was wrong. Not in a bad way. She had given us an employee’s discount. We don’t know Peaches. And we don’t look like we need that discount and we don’t. But some reason Peaches gave is the discount and brought our meal to our table with a smile. We never asked for of this i did thank her for her kindness. And asked her why she did it. Her response was she just likes to be kind to others. I rarely give a tip at fast food restauran

Typical drive-in experience with tasty biscuits. Unfortunately, the interaction at the drive-thru took away from it a bit. When we mentioned that the electronic menu board wasn’t working, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. We were simply trying to be helpful by pointing it out in case it needed attention. Friendly, professional communication always makes a difference.

Went to get breakfast last Thursday morning. The blonde "lady" that works at this location has the worst attitude. Not friendly at all! I had ordered a large hot coffee and she handed it to me with the lid half off and when she did hot coffee ran down my arm. As I was trying to get the lid on, I looked back at her and she was laughing about it. I believe it was intentional!

Drive thru order taker for breakfast was very rude this morning for no reason. I understand everyone has a bad day but goodness don’t take your day out on the rest of us that didn’t do anything to you. Then she still didn’t put my requested sugar in the bag for my coffee. At least if you are going to be rude, get the whole order correct.
