Hardee's

Alright man I just wanted some hot food after being hungover and ran some errands so hardees was there. Believe me when I say I looked at the menu and was like "how is every burger different?" I got a famous star burger and some fries. Fries were hot and tasted like a lays potato chip so I was satisfied for that. Burger to the paper touch was cold. Opened it and you can tell the burgers were probably warmed but sitting. Cheese wasnt even melted. If I wasn't so lazy I could've made the burger at home so much better. Why is hardees still open? I don't know. Fast food is for the convenience of getting food quick and in a good manner. Hardees tripping bad.

If I could leave 0 stars i would. I have given this Hardee's a few chances. I love Hardee's but this one in Richlands is terrible. Every time they have completely messed up my order not given me the correct food. I drive all the way back and they fix it with an attitude and the food is terrible today we got a burrito it was so dry and the hash browns were stale. I am done going to this Hardee's and I wouldn't recommend it. Idk how they mess up the order every single time then they dont put any effort into remaking the food. Its jus awful. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't even feed it to my dog.

Leslie gave my platter to the wrong customer. Then she went out to their table, swapped platters, then tried to give the platter to me even though the customer had opened the plate.

Made an online order they completely messed up the whole order. Forgot multiple items and shorted me on a few items. I live 20 minutes away so I didn't realize it until I got home. I come back and the lady calls the manager to see what they can do. The manager says they can't do anything even though my food is cold now. Terrible service and a very dirty store. I'll never be back here again and I'll never recommend this place to anyone. I have to pay for their mistake. I even had to reorder the food because my order was already cold.

I stopped here this morning for breakfast for the first time In a while and I completely understand now why multiple Hardee’s are going out of business everywhere. My chicken biscuit combo cost me $9.30 this morning. Then the lady has the nerve to say it will be 27 more cent for a cup of ranch??? Soooo not only did I pay almost $10 for breakfast but you’re going to charge me for ranch too? You can seriously get free ranch with freaken chicken tenders at lunch time so what’s the difference in a chicken biscuit??? I won’t be returning to eat. Ever.
