Hardee's

Just left from there and didn't get what I ordered. I ordered 2 breakfast platters and a double biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage. I asked for 6 grape jelly and 6 strawberry jelly. I was served 2 breakfast platters, a side of sausage, a regular biscuits and gravy and 3 grape jelly and 3 strawberry jelly. The food is barely warm. Did not pass the Mom check. Don't waste your time at this location. I've given up on them after 5 years of trying. Everytime we go here it's something. If it's not the food, it's the service. I was in the drive through last trip and a girl was cussing someone out and my children and I could hear every word spoken through the speaker as she was yelling. Just go to Amherst. The staff at this Hardee’s is always very polite and friendly. The food is great and the value provided is better than the competition. This location’s drink machine is absolutely unacceptable. We come here about four days a week and the Diet Coke and Diet Dr. Pepper are always full of carbonation and are not consumable. We have wasted money on soda numerous times. PLEASE have that machine replaced for your paying customers. THANKS!

Went there today. A bunch of children working. The manager was walking around the store with a cigar on ear. The children were playing and cussing. Ordered a hot ham and cheese with a cherry coke. The cherry coke was out. I asked for a coke. The boy at the window was shaking his hair and digging in his hair while making my drank. I asked the manager for refund. Manager claimed he/she couldn't do refunds. And never gave me my money back. Manager stated was gone write mt name it down. I let the know I didn't trust that he/she would because of the appearance. I couldn't tell if it was a boy or girl. With that being stated if your appearance is confusing than you may be a liar. Manager threatened to call police. It was the worst experience I ever had. the lady who runs the store seemingly by herself early in the mornings between 5am and 6am is a total rockstar i really hope you’re paying her good because she deserves a raise!
