Hardee's

Just had a wonderfully lighthearted experience here! The server was a young black man with an easy smile who made my ordering experience very pleasant. The team worked quickly and efficiently and I had my food in no time. I noticed a manager training a new guy... that manager looked like the hulk. No chance you'll have any problems outta this team 😂😂😂. Great job guys!

While the ladies working there were polite, the food itself was absolutely awful. I went through the line to pick up apple pies for my grandparents, and what I received was shocking. The pies were burnt to the point of being nearly black — not golden brown, but charred and scorched. They were so hard they felt like rocks, completely inedible. It was honestly embarrassing to even think about giving them to my grandparents. The fact that food in that condition was handed out to customers is beyond unacceptable.

Cashier had a nasty attitude. Arrived at 10:15, wanting to get a biscuit. I was told they don't have any biscuits because they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. To which I replied, it's only 10:15. She didn't respond. I ordered 2 apple pies, and they were stuck to the box. I had to tear the box apart to get the pie out. We couldn't even bite the pie because they were so hard. Appears as though they had been rewarmed from last night. We were traveling so we couldn't take them back. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I came in today for a lil late lunch and Josh waiting on me… very nice guy very polite.. I can see this guy being a Manager .. He handles his self very professional… thanks again

Was greeted friendly, by Patty fast service and 99.5 A grade. Restaurant is clean and well taken care of. I will definitely wait from my trip from Raleigh to Greensboro to eat here at this Hardee’s location.I’m glad I found it.
