Hardee's

I'm very familiar with CKE restaurants. Being from Southern California, we had Carls Jr and it was great. Over the course of time, CKE restaurants acquired Hardee's. As I'm aware, Hardee's is a pride of North Carolina. But today wasn't great. The drive thru customer service and attitude was great but both my famous star and my mushroom and swiss burgers were unkempt. And I don't mean dripping in sauce because that's how CKE restaurants want it... what I mean is that the famous star bun was squished and it looked like it was thrown together and the mushroom and swiss was even more squished. The food tasted good and I would have given 4 stars overall but I would like the restaurant to take pride in the presentation even if short-staffed and especially because at 2:50 pm, the establishment wa

Ordered ahead thru app on our way to work. When arrived barely acknowledged and handed a bag with just our burrito and sandwich. Had to ask repeatedly for our coffee, soda and the hashbrowns. Hashbrowns were cold. Burrito was supposed to be homestlye loaded breakfast burrito but was just the sausage, egg and cheese version. Sandwich was supposed to be the monster brioche but was on a biscuit and had their regular egg patty not the fried egg also i paid extra for swiss cheese and it was american. When called to speak to a manager; they just stated there was system errors going on and didn't offer to do anything.

Food was okay. French fries where hot! Dining room tables could use a wipe down. Bathroom/ ladies was pretty bad, nasty! Lady at counter/ drive through was working hard though. I would have given it 2 stars ,but thought that wasnt fair as someone was putting the effort in. Maybe short handed or the company doesn't care since breakfast is their main push.

Came early on a Sunday morning for a mobile order I placed while sitting in line. The young lady working the speaker may have one of the rudest tones I’ve ever heard through a drive-through. When I politely told her good morning and that I had a mobile order, all I got was a very rude “PULL AROUND”. The lady handing me my order, however, was very nice and apologized for the rude younger girl on the speaker. Who by the way was just standing over to the side, sipping on her coffee on her phone. I wish businesses would prioritize customer service these days, and get rid of people with these attitudes.

This is the worst hardees i uave ever been to and i travel the U.S. for work and eat hardees breakfast 4 or more a week. The front register woman is rude can not listen or give the customer any time to say anything and keeps rushing to say is that it. As far as the food terrible. I have had this location 5 times every single time my order is wrong. Apparently they cant read. The order is always a chicken biscut with egg hashrounds and a side of gravy i think thats a simple order. Never has egg on the biscuit but has cheese and i tell the lady all the time only egg no cheese. I will drive 30 minutes out of the way to goto a different hardees vs one thats 6 minutes from my new house. Great job hardees Murfreesboro
