Hardee's

Used to be a good place to go eat in Pacolet. Now they can’t change the oil properly, can’t clean properly, and just don’t care about their customers anymore. The fried chicken always tastes burnt because they’re too cheap to order fresh oil. Has been an issue consistently far too long now. Just shut down the location. You suck. As seen in the picture, the breading hasn’t even been cooked enough, so it shouldn’t taste burnt the way it does.

Staff yelling at each other and cursing, cashier telling customers food is “still frozen” (this was at lunch time), soap bucket and cleaner sitting on the food counter. No clean table. Didn’t dare use the restroom. Flies all over and no lid on the sweet tea jug. Took 20 mins for a chicken sandwich with nobody else here. Zero professionalism or tact. Pretty trashy, but it matches the rest of the town I guess. Guy behind me asked for a shake, woman behind the counter said “I’m not making those right now” in a rude tone. Being 1 of 2 food establishments in town, you would think there would be more effort put into this place.

Awful. 6:50 pm. August 25th. Ordered a “Frisco BLT” and a chili dog. Asked to pull forward and wait, after 10 minutes I backed up to the window to witness 2 young fellas BS’ing. The window man looks at me and is all oh snap! He grabbed the food I had paid for 10 minutes ago and quickly put it in a bag and handed it to me. I felt awful that I interrupted his apparently very important conversation. Chili dog was obviously microwaved because it was 300 degrees and the burger must have been in a dehydrator for several days. I ordered a chili dog. Why oh why would they put mustard on the thing?

Just received food from there with added plastic to the cheeseburger! It was served to a 5 year old autistic child! They have one job to do and still can't get it right! Everyone should be fired over this! I will NEVER eat from there again! I'll be talking to the corporate office Monday morning!

Amber is the BEST! Always makes me feel at home when I’m at my local Hardee’s. Food is hot and ready every single time and she always takes care of me with whatever I need. Hands down some of the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant.
