Hardee's

Our local hardees was so packed the other morning we went to get food. No one was ugly or rude and the staff was concerned and trying their best to get everybody taken care of. It's what I like to see! And leave the darn cinnamon rasin biscuits!

I regularly order my favorite breakfast biscuit by app here and have been extremely satisfied with food and service up until the last couple visits. One early morning female employee has started taking my biscuit as soon as it is made and placing it on the counter in a bag for anyone to grab and my biscuit has been stone cold whenever she is working. I have been curtious each visit but i did ask this morning why she was putting it out on the counter instead of keeping it under the heat lamp. Her answer was rude and evasive. Granted i am only spending 4.44 a morning for a biscuit but i work hard for that 4.44 and i dont think asking for the food to remain under a warmer is asking too much. I have contacted corporate and will be avoiding the local hardees at this time. The app was a way to

Asked for the deals... got a ham sandwich and double cheeseburger. One slice of salty ham on buns. And the worst cheeseburger I've had from a fast food joint. 2nd star is due to the kid being polite and overall nice kid
