Hardee's

I arrived at 6:15 am to get breakfast to go. The two employees were carrying on a private conversation which they never stopped when I gave them my order. The order was immediately filled and put on the counter. I paid and left with my 2 sausage biscuits. When I got to my destination down the street and opened my breakfast I had two cold and hard sausage biscuits unfit to eat. I felt like they were left over from the day before.

We ordered two biscuits and two orders of hash rounds. We received an extra biscuit, which we never ordered. Our total was over 22.00. The biscuits were cold and hard. We also were told to pull to the frond which was on the opposite side of drive through. I will never buy from this place agin even if I were starving.

I just left this location after breakfast for me and my 3 children. We usually have a decent experience at this location and I never post reviews but I’ve almost never been so disappointed with my food than we were this morning. The 2 chicken biscuits we ordered were replaced with oold sausage biscuits instead. Then the egg on the sausage biscuits was just like a thin sheet of plastic that we had to peel off the egg. Never again..

When you ask for "extra" pickles and get none. The tomatoes are always overripe and the food is cold. There's a reason why Hardee's is so few and far between. I worked at one 25 years ago and the food and service have massively gone down hill. I only stopped this time because it was the only thing available. If you're going to over price your food you should at least get matched with quality and service.

Showed up at 8:50 and was told it was 9pm and they were closed. I have screenshots from when I took the picture of your QR code and it was clearly 8:50. I was about to place a pretty big order and was turned away because she said they closed. I’m sure you guys don’t care but this happens atleast once a week. I live right around the corner and come here a lot. Not anymore!! Thanks. FYI 5 cars were turned away while I sit here writing this.
