Hardee's

Had to pull up and wait for our food because it was coming off the broiler at least that's what we were told! I went to get my burger and I could feel the cold from the wrapper! There was no way that it had just came out of the broiler! The gravy was all but frozen!!!

Tonight I felt like having a small burger and chose Hardee's. I was so impressed with the food and customer service…outstanding! I would like to recognize the young lady at the pick up window named Allegro. Thank you for putting a smile on my face and for treating my husband and I with kindness and respect. I would also like to thank the manager I spoke with tonight when I called to share how great the experience was. Once again, thank you Allegro and Hardee’s 😊 Keep up the good work!

The cashier was about as unfriendly and unwelcoming that you could be. No smile, no greeting and no thank you at the end. The burger came on a hard bun and was slightly warm. Hardee's used to be my favorite burger but that ship has LONG since sailed. The young store manager was pleasant to deal with. I drove out of my way to come here....that's a mistake that I will not be repeating in the future!!!

What can you say it's a great fast good place with excellent customer service and good food.

I just went to this hardees and got home to eat and I had ordered the $5.99 bag deal that had 2 double cheeseburgers,well im pretty sure they gave me burger that have been sitting there for who knows how long that they were so dry and very hard to eat. They were nasty! Not pleased with that hardees at all.
