Hardee's

Went to Hardee’s this morning thru the drive thru the manager Tonya was taking orders. The car at the speaker pulled to the window so I pulled up to the speaker instead of the “welcome to Hardee’s” you’re supposed to get I instead got “what can I getcha?” I ordered my first item waited to make sure she got it bc it wasn’t on the screen yet and she maybe had been dealing with the customer that was in front of me. She then said your total is $8.16 I told her I wasn’t finished with my order with an attitude and after smacking her lips she says “what else you getting?” I told her I’d just come inside bc apparently she has an attitude that I would not like to deal with. When she seen me inside she rolled her eyes at me like it was my fault that she had to be at work today!

The service was great! Friendly staff. The food was not all that great, sadly. The burger was burnt. The chicken tenders tasted very freezer burnt. The restaurant was dusty and very sticky. Needs a good deep cleaning.

Have eaten there several times lately and have had good experiences. However today, my wife and i had the worst possible experience. We ordered Frisco combos. Neither sandwich was prepared as it should have been (see pic) all we got were patties that weren't fully cooked with cheese on untoasted bread. The fries were not good and when i approached the cashier about it he said that he would take the sandwiches to the back and add some bacon, after we had taken bites. Meanwhile we dined while listening to profanity laced conversations coming from the kitchen area that were really loud. Usually i get great food and service but it will definitely be a while before i go back for a burger or lunch item. Obviously all the profanity I heard from the young people in the kitchen was unaccept

Took very long time to get my order. Hamburgers were cold,flavorless and hard . French fries were cold and greasy. They seemed to have been sitting out for more than 15 minutes. Order person appeared inexperienced and seemed to be alone.

I was missing food and drinks, and they refused to help, only telling me to message customer service for assistance. Terrible service, they don't care about the customer at all. They said they would give me a response in 3 days. I didn't pay for my food for 3 days; I need my refund. I do not recommend them.
